Do automatic records count for the audit?

Yes. Time-stamped, immutable and traceable. Meddle does not replace your HACCP system: it brings it the field data you collect by hand today, in sync.

Can automation put compliance at risk?

No. Regulatory constraints have absolute priority over any optimization, and every action is validated by a person. The hierarchy stays safety, quality, then efficiency.

We are air-gapped, the network does not leave.

That is fine. Meddle runs on-premise or at the edge, read-only on the PLCs. No data leaves the plant.

Does the data stay mine?

Yes. It stays in Europe and it stays yours. The platform is NIS-2 ready.
