Do I need extra hardware?
For most PLCs, no: connectivity is software. Where a measurement is missing entirely we add an instrument, only where it is genuinely needed.

Yes. OPC-UA, Siemens S7, Modbus, Logix and MQTT cover mixed machine parks. Any brand, no lock-in.
What if the connector I need does not exist?
We build it as part of the suite, at no extra cost. Connectors are the piece we maintain for you.
Do I have to open ports into the OT network?
No. The field agent opens outbound connections, compatible with DMZ and segmentation.
