What we do not do.
We do not replace your MES or ERP. We take the machine data they do not capture, bring it where it is needed and hand it back to them over API.
No heavy proprietary ML. Anomaly detection on rules and thresholds, and orchestration towards third-party analytics where that is the right tool.
The model stays readable. History is queryable in SQL and exportable in open formats. No format lock-in.

How do you calculate OEE?
From availability, performance and quality read directly from PLC, SCADA and MES, updated in real time, with no manual data entry.
Do operators have to fill anything in?
No. The data comes from the machine, not from a pen. At most an operator adds a downtime reason, on a tablet.
Do I have to build the dashboards?
No. The indicators come out of the model: there is no dashboard to design and none to maintain.
Can I export everything?
Yes. History is queryable in SQL and exportable in open formats, without going through us.
