You tell us how you work today
We start from how many lines you have and with which machines, and from the number someone rebuilds by hand in Excel today, such as the downtime count or the consumption of a line.
We show you Meddle
On the video call you see, on a sample plant, how Meddle reads the data from the PLCs, combines it with ERP and MES data and answers with the number and the chart when you ask in plain language how much a line consumed or why OEE dropped.
We work out which line to start from
If Meddle is a fit for your company we propose a pilot on one line, which lasts 2 to 4 weeks and in which Meddle stays read-only on the machines.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Meddle cost?
The price depends on the scope, that is how many plants and data sources you connect and how many people use Meddle, and you do not pay per tag or per data point. You start with a pilot on one line or one machine and continue with a subscription only if the pilot’s numbers add up.
Do I need to prepare anything?
You do not need to prepare anything, but if you like, think of a line or a number that someone rebuilds by hand today, and we will start from there.
Do you need to touch the machines or the network?
Not for the call. In the pilot Meddle connects to the PLCs you already have, with no extra hardware and without opening ports towards the OT network, and it stays read-only on the machines. The connection is configured once, and from then on the data arrives on its own.
Does the call commit me to anything?
It does not commit you to anything: it is 20 minutes to find out whether Meddle is right for your company, and if it is not, we will tell you.
